WHAT IS THE COST FOR SHIPPING IN THE UNITED STATES?

SINCERELY offers free ground domestic shipping. 2-Day shipping is an additional $25, next day air is an additional $50.  All shipments are sent via FedEx insured and require a direct signature.

Orders may be placed online at www.sincerelyjewelry.com at any time. Orders will be confirmed within 24 hours by a sales representative. As each item is custom, please allow 2-3 weeks for order to be completed. Estimated delivery times for items are between 3-4 weeks. You will be notified when your order ships and will be provided with tracking details.

Orders placed during holiday seasons or when there is a high volume of orders can take longer than the allotted time window. A sales representative will notify you if the production time is longer than usual.

Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

With respect to each item for which Import Fees have been calculated, you authorize SINCERELY to designate a carrier ("Designated Carrier") to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise, process and remit your actual Import Fees for such item.

If you refuse a shipment from SINCERELY, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to SINCERELY.
